Stephanie grew up on the east coast. She graduated with a degree in Hospitality from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has nearly a decade of experience working in luxury hotels. Those hotels include the Omni and Kimpton chains. She understands what it takes to make guests happy and has the ability to quickly and deftly take care of guest issues should they arise.
Matt is a digital marketing wiz with experience growing brands and engaging customers from the US to China. He spent 6 years in Asia post-graduation honing his skills, before coming back to the states. From social media to SEO to digital advertising Matt has done it all. His expertise ensures all of our listings are optimized to get the most views and increase the conversion rate when a customer clicks on one of our properties.
Jessica is our in house interior designer. She graduated from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and has been making spaces beautiful ever since. She knows just what guests want and gives each of our spaces a simple but eloquent aesthetic that our owners and guests love
Jim has 3 degrees, 2 in chemical engineering and the third is an MBA from the University of Chicago. Since earning his MBA Jim has been working as a management consultant, including a prolonged stint at A.T. Kearney. In his roles he has helped billion dollar corporations refine their business strategy, operations and promote growth. At VRAM Jim is putting strategies, processes and infrastructure in place that will guarantee no matter how large we get, our customer service standards will not suffer one iota.
